Gap Real Estate fee

Only in the event that Gap Real Estate sells your home through one of its clients would Gap Real Estate be compensated at closing with a fee equivalent to the standard 6% of the agreed-upon transaction price.

In Costa Rica, real estate fees can be up to 10% of the transaction price with other real estate companies. The seller is legally compelled to pay the whole real estate fee unless the buyer agrees to a cost-sharing agreement.
